We often assume mental health role models need to be perfect examples of calm, unshakeable composure. In reality, the most effective Mental Health Advocacy usually comes from people who show something quite different, genuine, imperfect humanity, paired with the Characteristics of a Mentally Healthy Person that help them navigate that imperfection well.
